Important: Car Rentals Support is an independent car rental booking assistance service. We are not a car rental company. We do not own a fleet of vehicles. We connect customers with rental providers and assist with bookings.

1. Service Description
Car Rentals Support provides phone-based assistance to help customers find and book rental vehicles from third-party rental companies across the United States. We act as an intermediary and do not provide rental services directly.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Check real-time availability from our network of rental partners


Provide you with price quotes and vehicle options

Facilitate the booking on your behalf
Confirm your reservation details verbally and via email/text
Your rental agreement is directly with the rental company. All terms, conditions, and policies of the rental company apply to your reservation.

3. Pricing and Payments
We strive for transparent pricing. All rates quoted during your call include:

Base rental rate
Estimated taxes and fees
Any applicable surcharges

Payment is processed by the rental company at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged. Car Rentals Support does not process payments directly.

4. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation policies vary by rental company. Our agents will explain the specific cancellation terms for your booking during the call. Most rentals allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before pickup. To cancel or modify a booking, call us immediately at +1 (888) 819-4510.

5. No Show Policy
If you do not pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, the rental company may charge a "no show" fee, and your reservation may be forfeited. We recommend calling if you're running late.

6. Limitation of Liability
Car Rentals Support acts solely as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for:

The condition, safety, or availability of rental vehicles

The actions, errors, or omissions of rental companies
Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of rental vehicles
Issues caused by force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of any fees you paid directly to us (if any).

7. Your Responsibilities
As a renter, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during booking
Present a valid driver's license and required documents at pickup
Comply with the rental company's terms and conditions
Inspect the vehicle before accepting it
Return the vehicle on time and in agreed condition

8. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
